Rally Classic Du Maroc
“La Route du Coeur”

The 24th edition of Rally Classic du Maroc, “La Route du Coeur” or “The Road of the Heart” will take place once again during the entire week of the 11th to the 18th of March this year. We don’t know about you, but it is probably one of the most adventurous and most stylish of all classic rallies. Only specific number of teams and their cars is allowed each year to compete in either the Maroc Classic which allows vintage touring, sports cars and GT cars made during the 1930 to 1983, or the Maroc Prestige where sports and GT cars manufactured from 1984 onward are eligible. The regularity rally is a 2,000 kilometers trek beginning from Casablanca along the Atlantic coast and through one of the most scenic—and sometimes treacherous—roads in the world in Essaouira, Agadir and toward the snow cap mountains of Ouarzazate provinces before heading toward the finish line in Marrakesh. It could not get any more Grand Touring than that. We might not make it to the event this year, but it is worth having a look in 2018.
