Below are a few notables that we picked as highlights from today’s sales.

1957 ALFA ROMEO GIULIETTA 750G SPIDER COMPETIZIONE

Super rare, one of only 24 built for competition with race tuned engine and single “Monoposto” wrap around windscreen. The Alfa was in the U.S. for a while before returning to Italy and had both full body and engine restorations done to correct specification since 2011. It is eligible for Mille Miglia. (Estimate: €475,000 – €575,000)

1962 ASTON MARTIN DB4 SERIES IV

A left hand drive example that was delivered new for a customer in Canada. Finished in Goodwood Green with tan interior. The DB4 still has the period option Motorola radio with owners’ handbook, tool kit and jack. (Estimate: €425,000 – €500,000)

2012 ASTON MARTIN V12 ZAGATO “NO. ZERO”

Uniquely commemorated as “No. Zero” of the 65 made. Has one-off design details unlike all the others, such as the scarab beetle badge (made from actual beetle wings..) and Zagato “Z” logo etched on the key. (Estimate: €625,000 – €675,000)

1964 AUSTIN-HEALEY 3000 MK III BJ8 WORKS RALLY CAR

One of the three cars Austin-Healey made to compete in the 1964 rally season. Won the 1964 Spa-Sofia-Liège Rally with the legendary Rauno Aaltonen at the wheel. (Estimate: €340,000 – €450,000)

1965 FERRARI 275 GTB

This Ferrari “short nose” was originally delivered to Spain and resided in Switzerland and the United kingdom in later years. It used to be painted red with yellow stripe but now is back to its original and rare Verde Pino with beige interior. (Estimate: €1,800,000 – €2,200,000)

1973 FERRARI 365 GTB/4 DAYTONA SPIDER

The 88th of the 121 Spiders made with a little over 20,000 miles on the clock. Delivered new to the U.S. and had several ownerships (and was restored during the 1990’s) before residing in Switzerland. (Estimate: €1,800,000 – €2,400,000)

1962 MASERATI 3500 GT SPIDER BY VIGNALE

A recently restored California car, refinished in light blue over dark blue interior. The Maserati is currently back home under Italian ownership. (Estimate: €750,000 – €850,000)

1973 PORSCHE 911 CARRERA RS 2.7 TOURING

This Carrera is one of the first 500 built. Original M472 Touring specification, including Recaro seats with head rest, seat belts, retractable antenna and loudspeaker. Began its life under German ownership before moving on to Japan and later to the UK. (Estimate: €495,000 – €545,000)

1994 PORSCHE 911 TURBO S 3.6

One of only 17 non-flat-nose Turbo S or “package'” car with larger turbocharger. Once belonged to baseball player and was part of a prominent Swiss Porsche collection. (Estimate: €650,000 – €750,000)
